Purpose / 目的：
To lead the sourcing activities for material groups Machining and sheet metal parts and implement sourcing strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作職責(zé)：
- Generate and implement sourcing strategy for responsible commodities or services;

- Perform purchasing cost analysis and benchmarking for possible further optimization
分析采購(gòu)成本并進(jìn)行比較，提出優(yōu)化方案
- Lead negotiation with local suppliers on behalf of EU Plants and serve as the contact window for purchasing in EU-plants and local suppliers
代表歐洲工廠與本土供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行談判，擔(dān)當(dāng)工廠和供應(yīng)商的緊密聯(lián)系窗口；
- Lead evaluation and optimization of existing supplier (cost reduction, delivery performance, etc)
主導(dǎo)對(duì)于現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估與優(yōu)化（價(jià)格調(diào)整，交貨守時(shí)等等）；
- Lead identification and build-up of new suppliers
主導(dǎo)新供應(yīng)商的開(kāi)發(fā)與培養(yǎng)；
- Lead sourcing market analysis for related commodities or services
- Identification and mitigation of risk in supply chain
發(fā)現(xiàn)并規(guī)避供應(yīng)鏈中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；
- Interact professionally with other colleagues within the group (GS China Team, central purchasing department, technical department, quality department)
與集團(tuán)內(nèi)部其他部門（國(guó)際采購(gòu)部、技術(shù)部、質(zhì)量部）進(jìn)行專業(yè)的互動(dòng)
- Report to supervisor regularly
定期向上司匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)展；
- Other jobs assigned by the supervisor
上司安排的其他工作。


Qualification / 要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferred with technical background.
本科以上學(xué)歷，技術(shù)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
- Over 5 years of experience in the production of machining parts and (or) sheet metal parts, preferred in the field of machine tool industry.
對(duì)于機(jī)加工和（或）鈑金的生產(chǎn)有5年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有機(jī)床行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的尤佳。
- Expert knowledge with the sourcing market in China for machining and sheet metal parts
對(duì)于中國(guó)的機(jī)加工和鈑金采購(gòu)市場(chǎng)了解透徹。
- Fluent English language skills both in oral and written; German language skills would be a plus.
流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力，德語(yǔ)熟練者優(yōu)先。
- Be familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
