1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electronics;
2.At least 3 years of working experience in production management position, copper cable production experience is preferred;
3.Basic knowledge of cable technology;
4.Good ability for people management;
5.Good understanding of all LF cable related quality issues as well as quality tool/system ISO9001;
6.Familiar with ERP system;
7.Knowledge on 5S;
8.Good communication and PC skills;
9.Good English skill both in oral, reading & writing;
10.Good communication skill;
