Main Responsibilities:
RM Planning
1.Collect & check sales forecast and convert to RMs forecast;
2.Provide key RMs' rolling forecast to buyer and internal supplier;
3.Issue PR based on final RMs forecast;
4.Check current RMs inventory and usage variance;
5.Follow up PO status with buyer to ensure RMs supply
FG/SF Planning
6.Work out production plan for finished goods & semi-finished and issue to production Dep.;
7.Check RMs's supply status and revise PR if needed;
8.Input P/O of finished-goods and semi-finished in SAP;
9.Track P/O execution and adjust plan if needed;
10.Work closely with CSC & production Dept. and other function to meet customers' demand;
11.Prepare discrepancy report to kindly remind sales team;
Reports
12.Prepare monthly inventory report;
13.Prepare monthly forecast accuracy report;
14.Prepare monthly excess /slow'-moving report.;
15.Prepare inventory analysis report for weekly meeting;
16.Update DPS report and determine MTS/MTO;
17.Maintain /update parameters in SAP, optimize ROP&ROQ,etc.;
18.Support other team members if needed;
19.Any other projects as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager;
Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years+ experience on planner role in manufacture enterprise
2.Outstanding analytical capability, sensitive to numbers
3.Highly responsible and willing to take initiative; Strong inter-personal skills / good team player
4.Strong computer literacy, especially in microsoft offices,including Excel,etc.Skills in SAP/MRP is a plus
5.Strong English ability both oral and written
6.achelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
